Preserving the Art of Handmade Mexico

Mesmerized by the crafts

I’m a former fashion designer who spent years traveling the world. I went to Europe, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea but never Mexico. Mexico was introduced to me by my husband Jim, and it quickly became one of my favorite places to explore.

This collection began with intricate filigree silver jewelry discovered in Oaxaca, followed by extraordinary Purépecha rebozos hand-loomed in Michoacán. In 2023, we drove from Santa Fe to Oaxaca with our Bearded Collie, Duncan, and spent four unforgettable months discovering vintage jewelry, talented artisans, and Mexico’s renowned silver city, Taxco.
Everything here is handmade, one of a kind, and difficult to find even on the streets of Mexico. Our purpose is simple: to share these beautiful, heritage-rich pieces with you and support these talented artists.
